Born and raised in Kentucky, Stephanie has been a professional photographer since graduating with a photography degree in 1989. Her career has spanned over many facets of the field including commercial, fine art, portraiture, weddings, and teaching.
Nowadays, Stephanie's focus is in the fine art, portrait, and wedding arenas. Her days are spent traveling around the US for weddings or portraits. While traveling, she always takes a day or two for exploring the area photographing the landscape and people. During the off season, her time is enjoyed with her husband and pets (three dogs and a cat) at their home in the San Juan Mountains of Southern Colorado.

Amidst this busy schedule, Stephanie's love of nature is not forgotten. She can often be found on a trail leading up to a 14er or perhaps a high alpine valley deep within the Rocky Mountains. A favorite pastime is solo backpacking thru the Colorado wilderness and finding the peace and solitude within nature's wild lands.
